HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1. With the rose already inside the balloon, inflate the balloon using an electric blower or hand pump. Do not over-inflate the balloon because it may pop. Once inflated, tie a knot to keep the air in. Please note when tying the knot, you're not tying it with the rose stem in place. Let the rose lay inside the balloon until the balloon is tied.2. Once the balloon is tied and the air isn't able to escape, work the rose stem back towards the balloon knot. Next, secure the rose stem by wrapping tape or a rubber band around that lower exterior portion of the balloon, right above the knot, to keep the rose in place.3. Place the balloon (with the rose inside) above the cup. Secure it in place by running the balloon's knotted portion down the cup tube and out the vertical slit.4. Place the stick inside the cup tube.5. Insert two AA batteries in the LED box.6. Two options here: Thread LED light string through the stick and cup OR wrap LED light string on the exterior of the stick with the LED wire.7. Wire LED balloon with LED light string.8. Wrap the balloon with the wrapping paper then tie it with the ribbon. You may use clear tape (included) to hold LED string in place on balloons.The switch is on the LED Lightbox and serves as an ON and OFF button.Turn them on and enjoy!
